Ingredients:

  • 500g lamb meatballs
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 grated tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ tsp meat spices + cinnamon + black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 cup water or broth

Preparation Method:

  1. In a pan, sauté the onion until soft, then add the garlic and stir.
  2. Add the grated tomatoes, tomato paste, and spices. Cook until a rich sauce forms.
  3. Add the lamb meatballs and stir gently, then pour in the water or broth.
  4. Cover the pot and let simmer on low heat for 25–30 minutes until the meatballs are fully cooked.
